Although health and body condition usually coincide, there is a deficiency. People can achieve fitness in a way that is unhealthy, and people can look healthy by doing things that are unhealthy.

In addition, there are people who do not look healthy, but they are fit. Looks are deceiving, because health and fitness is more than just skin deep.

The best way to achieve lifelong health and fitness is not to depend on extremes. Stick to the proven methods of a balanced diet and regular exercise. Health and fitness is not a career, it’s about life.
