Check Out the Longevity in Fitness

John Du Cane is the author of Qigong Recharge, publisher, Fitness expert and accomplished businessman. I was lucky enough to speak to him briefly. We direct the conversation to all things Kettlebell, and pioneering work in the entire fitness industry with high-quality kettlebell entrepreneurs, but something else caught my eye.

That’s how we talked about strength and longevity.

John’s journey began in South Africa, where he spent his youth. From an early age, he accelerated a connection between life and energy. I understand this as his awareness of the vital force of the human body and the energy connection between men.

John says “I was constantly engaged by nature and it made me think beyond the world.”

John commented on his practice of Qigong and tai Chi in 1975 and owned and directed since 1990 Porte du Dragon publications, where he covers everything from martial arts to isomerism, beyond the popularization of hard Kettlebell training under the banner RKC.

Qigong and meditation

As a student of Qigong, John du Cane understands how our breathing is a tool that allows us to develop body and mental resistance.

Qigong is an original art from China that attracts healers to develop mindfulness of self for their body and movements. I asked him if a certain Segment of Qigong helped modern martial arts to create this kind of resistance.

He proposed the Qigong iron shirt.

If breathing is energy and energy is life, it makes sense that we breathe in such a way that our heart muscles are flexed when we do exercises like running, doing footprints or lifting heavy weights in general.

Direct your Atmosphere

Many books and courses on breathing techniques have been published.

If you’re intrigued enough to get a copy of John Du Cane’s Qigong series on Amazon, I also suggest you grab a copy of Belisa Vranich and Brian Sabin’s Breath for Warrior.

These books contain a lot of information, tips and tricks to help you start your journey to improve your atmosphere.

According to John, it can take many years to learn how to get his energy through Qigong. It takes a long time to develop, because it goes beyond the body aspects of our being. It helps us to develop mental strength that will sharpen our intuitive mind.

Enter your inner self

This ability can help us navigate life by making meaningful decisions. I made decisions in life that were logically grounded, but that didn’t feel right. Finally, these decisions led me to the first place because I decided to inscribe this feeling of inner knowledge.

This sense of inner knowledge is your Intuition, and if you decide to cultivate it through Qigong, everything that happens to you how to happen to you.

This is a change of perspective – a deeper understanding of their lives on this planet.

Teamwork make the Dream come true. John began his friendship and working relationship with Pavel Tsatsulin when he enrolled in Pavel’s classes. Pavel’s technique, Charm and articulate ability prompted John to approach Pavel to publish his program.

In an Interview with John, I asked him “”Is it because of all these years of cultivation and formation of your Intuition that you know you want this partnership to be a success?”

John Du Cane replied that it might be difficult to understand what is happening in his universe, but it is logical that He derives his strong self-knowledge from the training of his inner self.

Kettlebell Movement

At that time, Kettlebells were neither a trend nor integrated into traditional training programs. Even he said that it was true a very nice market where he could reach the elite Strongman lifters and other interested professional athletes.

They don’t know that the Kettlebell movement would become a global phenomenon.

The Kettlebell Challenge offers people a platform to develop their strength, atmosphere and resistance in one. At this point it is obvious needless to say that as long as we are alive and excited about living, we still want to give up the limits.

We knew the limits to find the answer to the question we are all asking – is there more to life than our daily routines and homework?

A training program called the Russian kettlebell Challenge (RKC) has revealed and led millions of people around the world to get the first RKC tattoos on their bodies. It can be said with certification that there is more in life for all those who defend themselves, even if they commit to those rigorous.

As Pavel says:”I will show you how you can be a better man. If you want, you can visit the will show. If you don’t want to, I’ll do it to you.”

Technical Kettlebell

I am a reflective learner who knows nothing about the outside world to make it my own internally. My experience with Kettlebell workouts has been awesome.

But to do well, it takes even more years of training, because the continuation of perfection is the journey of your life.

My first experience with Kettlebell helped me discover my bad habits in terms of attitude, atmosphere and Timing. I was a strong young man at the end of the world and I always found ways to expand my training program.

The first thing I noticed was that you could easily get lost with a bad shape.

In particular, it is not advisable to bend your back when you are on the Swing down. It also means that I used my arm and hip strength without exploiting the full potential of my nuclear strength.

Having abs is cool, but having the ability to bend and determine your exact heart at the moment you want is the next level.

The repetitive tension and tension movement with which we perform the Kettlebell swings can be applied to other forms of fitness such as martial arts and Rugby.

That’s a lot to take, but the good news is that if you have a kettlebell like me sitting in your room or office, you can get more workout time to perfect your shape and atmosphere. It only takes about 10-20 minutes for an actual workout, which means it’s less invasive on your time.

As UFC Multiple-Weight Champion Connor Mcgregor put it: “Accuracy beats strength and Timing beats speed.”

I hope you have commented on your journey to find your form of perfection. If this trip is in shape, I highly recommend that you take a copy of Qigong Refill from John du Cane and Pavel’s Fast and Loose – secrets of the Russian masters.
